Geneva Human Rights comm. has crushed the decision of the SL Supreme Court given on Tony Emmanuel Fernando for sending him on one year Imprisonment . This is the second case that was overrulled after Victor Iwan's FR application. From top to bottom the human rights of Sri Lanka are in shambles . That is the lesson that these events clearly highlights . The next might be that of S B Dissanayake . What baffeles me is that Why the JVP and UNP are silent on these grave issues . UNP is only disscussing the case of SB Dissanayake . Tone was sent on Imprisonment when UNP regime was there . These events indicate the inability of Ranil Wickramasinghe to be a good leader . CBK has muddled the balance of powers in SL. The Western Provincial council is being prorogued over and over to evade facing the no confidence motion against the CM. if he is aboveboard he should face it . Oh Sri Lanka !
